Let our experienced maintenance team handle all your pool needs for a stress-free pool season.

Weekly/Biweekly Maintenance

  • Vacuum entire pool and return water to pool using all our own equipment. (access to 110v outlet needed)
  • Skim pool surface
  • Brush waterline
  • Backwash filter if needed
  • Empty all pump and skimmer baskets
  • Add chlorine tablets if needed
  • Test and adjust chlorine, PH, alkalinity and salt if needed
  • Chemicals are an additional charge
  • Leave any instructions on the work order for the customer.

Chemical Only Service

  • Test and adjust all chemicals
  • Empty all pump and skimmer baskets
  • Backwash filter
  • No vacuuming
  • Chemicals are an additional charge

Power Vacuuming

  • Vacuum heavy debris and algae directly to waste (access to 110v outlet needed)
  • Brush all pool surfaces to remove caked on algae
  • Skim pool surface
  • Brush waterline
  • Backwash filter
  • Empty all pump and skimmer baskets
  • Add chlorine tablets if needed
  • Test and adjust chlorine, PH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid and salt if needed
  • Chemicals are an additional charge
  • Leave any instructions on the work order for the customer.
  • Additional power vacuuming may be needed.

Filter Cleanouts

  • Open, disassemble and clean cartridge and DE filters to ensure proper filtration.
  • Reassemble and test filter for leak-free operation.

Chemicals

All our maintenance trucks are fully stocked and offer a wide range of chemicals. Chemicals include:

  • Chlorine tablets, salt, PH adjusters, alkalinity increaser, liquid and powdered shock, cyanuric acid, calcium hardness, algaecides and stain removers.
  • Test and adjust chlorine, PH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid and salt if needed
  • Chemicals are an additional charge

Chemicals Plans

Seasonal chemical plans are offered to our Weekly/biweekly customers. Plans include all chemicals needed for the pool season. Pricing depends on pool size. Does not include chemicals needed for opening/closing. Does not include specialty chemicals such as algaecide, phosphate remover, stain removers. Please call our office for more details.
